Thai Food is all over the world and it can be chilli-hot or bland, harmony is the guiding principle behind each dish. Thai cuisine is a mixture of centuries old Eastern and Western influences combined into something uniquely Thai. Originally, Thai cooking had a waterborne lifestyle with aquatic animals, plants and herbs were the major ingredients.

Large chucks of meat were not allowed, but subsequent influences introduced the use of sizeable chunks to Thai cooking. Big cuts of meat are shredded and laced with herbs and spices and usually they cooking methods are stewing and baking, or grilling. Chinese influences saw the introduction of stir frying and deep-frying. Chillies were introduced to Thai cooking during the late 1600s by Portuguese missionaries who like the taste while they were serving in South America.

The sushi is fresh and awesome, and they have a great happy hour.  Dishes can be serve mild, medium, hot, and very hot. Thai hot or chef hot. Just a word of caution the medium would be considered Hot at a lot of restaurants. The owners are Nat and Alisa, a family team who are very friendly, and serves one of the freshest Asian dishes and sushi you can find.
